I know most spaces aren’t equipped to care for the LGBTQ+ community in an inclusive, affirming, and meaningful way.
I realize education programs don’t always have LGBTQ+ coursework built in.
I understand the workplace doesn’t give professionals the tools they need to truly see and hear LGBTQ+ employees.
This is where I’m happy to come in.
I have had the opportunity to aid many companies and clinics in better understanding how to best serve the LGBTQ+ community, as well as, when creating or maintaining an inclusive LGBTQ+ atmosphere.
